Job Description
Job Title: AccountantJob Summary
Company ke daily accounting kaam, bookkeeping, GST/TDS compliance aur financial reporting ko accurately sambhalna.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily entries karna: sales, purchase, receipts, payments aur journal entries
- Accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks) mein books maintain karna
- Accounts payable aur receivable manage karna, vendor aur customer reconciliation karna
- Bank reconciliation karna
- GST, TDS aur other statutory returns time par prepare aur file karna
- Monthly, quarterly aur yearly financial statements banana (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Expense vouchers aur invoices verify karna
- Payroll aur salary processing mein help karna
- Audit ke liye documents aur records ready rakhna
- Budget aur cash flow monitoring mein management ko support dena
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com ya equivalent (CA Inter ya CMA ho to plus point)
- 1–3 saal ka accounting experience (fresher ke liye role adjust kar sakte hain)
Skills
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime mein strong knowledge
- GST, TDS aur basic taxation ki understanding
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Accuracy, attention to detail aur time management
- Achhi communication aur honesty
