Job Description

  1. Call customers to understand reasons for product returns.Identify product-related issues and customer concerns.Handle complaints professionally and offer suitable solutions.Encourage customers to retain products or cancel returns where possible.Explain replacement, exchange, and other available options.Maintain customer satisfaction and reduce return and RTO rates.Record call details, feedback, and resolutions accurately.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
