About the Role

We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day online store operations, product listings, order processing, and customer enquiries. The ideal candidate should have relevant e-commerce experience and good coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce platform operations

• Upload products and maintain accurate product listings

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses

• Monitor and coordinate order processing and fulfillment

• Update product details, pricing, and inventory

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Track orders, returns, and customer issues

• Support online sales growth and improve the customer experience

Required Skills
