Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented *Field Sales Executive* to promote and sell our products and machinery. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, visiting customers, explaining product features, following up on sales enquiries, and achieving sales targets.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Visit potential and existing customers to promote products and machinery.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, benefits, and applications.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders, delivery, and customer support.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
