Job Description

Job Description – HR Training & Lead CoordinatorExperience: 0–1 Years

Department: HR & Business Development

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for all Upgrade Career services.
  • Explain Upgrade Career services clearly to interested candidates and clients.
  • Handle inquiries related to HR Training Programs and explain the training process, benefits, and enrollment details.
  • Follow up regularly with candidates interested in HR training and other Upgrade Career services.
  • Share worksheets, assignments, and training materials with ongoing HR training students.
  • Maintain regular updates regarding student attendance, progress, worksheets, and training status.
  • Follow up with students who are absent or on leave and encourage them to continue their training.
  • Maintain lead and student follow-up records.
  • Coordinate with the team regarding leads, enrollments, student updates, and pending follow-ups.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to management.
  • Candidate Profile0–1 years of experience; freshers can apply.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and WhatsApp.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and target-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn HR training, lead generation, and Upgrade Career services.

Role Focus: HR Training Coordination + Lead Generation + Follow-up + Customer Communication for all Upgrade Career services.
