Job Description

Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Manage shipping, receiving, and daily logistics.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and reconcile data using software or storage systems.

Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and lead warehouse workers.

Safety & Security: Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain building security.

Facility Upkeep: Maintain equipment like forklifts and optimize floor layouts.

Technical Skills: Ability to use inventory management systems or ERP software.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
