Job Description
The Retail Sales Executive is the direct face of the store, responsible for welcoming walk-in customers, understanding their preferences, presenting product offerings with depth, handling counter checkout/billing, and driving daily store sales targets while ensuring immaculate store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Consultative Selling
Greet every customer promptly with warmth and professionalism.
Ask open-ended questions to uncover customer needs, style preferences, or use-case occasions (e.g., gifting, daily wear, signature scents).
Demonstrate and explain product collections, ingredients/notes, quality grades, craftsmanship, and pricing.
Offer personalized product recommendations, cross-sells, and upsells without being aggressive or pushy.
