Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Sales Manager for our fabrication industry business. The candidate will be responsible for managing retail sales, customer relationships, sales targets, and day-to-day sales operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales experience along with practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate should understand how products are listed, promoted, sold, and managed through online marketplaces and should be able to contribute to both offline and online sales growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day retail sales operations and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Manage product sales through Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Handle and monitor online product listings, pricing, product descriptions, images, orders, and inventory.
• Monitor customer queries, reviews, returns, cancellations, and order-related issues on e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor online and offline sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Identify new sales opportunities through retail stores and online marketplaces.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, offers, and marketplace activities.
• Plan and execute promotional offers and sales activities to increase revenue.
• Maintain proper records of customer orders, sales, payments, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart marketplace support whenever required.
• Ensure proper product availability and stock coordination for online and offline sales.
• Guide and supervise the sales team to improve customer service and sales performance.
• E-Commerce Skills RequiredStrong practical knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart seller platforms.
• Hands-on experience with product listing and catalogue management.
• Knowledge of online order processing and inventory management.
• Understanding of marketplace pricing, discounts, offers, and promotions.
• Ability to monitor online sales, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
• Basic knowledge of marketplace analytics and sales reports.
• Experience handling Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central will be preferred.
