Job Description
Responsible for driving insurance and banking sales through customer acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of business targets. Managing and guiding the sales team, generating leads, developing customer relationships, promoting insurance products, and driving CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition. Responsible for cross-selling financial products, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
