Job Description

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage store operations, customer handling and sales.


• Handle customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain products and assist customers in product selection.

• Handle sales enquiries and achieve sales targets.

• Manage stock, inward/outward and inventory records.

• Coordinate product delivery, dispatch and installation.

• Handle customer queries, complaints and follow-ups.

• Maintain proper product arrangement and store discipline.

• Coordinate with sales, delivery and service teams.

• Maintain daily records and update system/software entries.

• Take complete responsibility for smooth day-to-day store operations.


Requirements: Good communication, customer-handling and basic computer skills. Experience in retail/store operations and sales will be preferred.
