Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the namkeen/farsan retail store.
  • Handle staff management, duty scheduling, and staff coordination.
  • Manage sales, billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
  • Monitor stock, inventory, product display, and replenishment.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, food hygiene, and customer service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure smooth store operations.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain store discipline.
