Job Description

  1. Supervise and manage the collection team to achieve targets and goals.
  2. Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  3. Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address root causes of customer issues.
  5. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics
