Job Description

Location: Waghle, Thane

Shift Timing: 24/7 for Male/ Day Rotational for Female

5 days working/ 2 week off

Age criteria: 21-32


Requirement:

HSC/Graduate Only

Candidate should have 6 months- 1 year of customer service experience in Blended process (Voice+Email/Chat)

Candidate should have recent experience in Blended process

Candidate with more than 8 months of gap will not be considered

Typing speed should be 30 WPM


JD:

  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely support through phone calls, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with their queries related to services, profiles, subscriptions, and account-related concerns.
  • Understand customer issues, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow established support processes.
  • Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
