  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote Kotak 811 services.
  2. Explain digital savings account features, benefits and account-opening procedures.
  3. Generate customer interest and convert leads into successful sales.
  4. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable banking solutions.
  5. Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  6. Follow up with interested customers to complete the sales process.
  7. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
