Job Description
- Handle inbound customer calls related to HSBC credit cards.
- Assist customers with credit card queries, services, and account-related concerns.
- Provide information about credit card features, benefits, fees, and applicable charges.
- Resolve customer complaints and service requests professionally.
- Cross-sell credit card schemes, offers, and relevant product offerings wherever appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO inbound voice customer service is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with C1-level proficiency.
- Good customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational day shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Candidates should be willing to undergo CIBIL and credit-history screening, as applicable to the employer's hiring policy.
