Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our on-ground sales team. In this role, you will visit retail stores daily, build strong relationships with shop owners, and secure maximum orders for our product portfolio. You will be our brand's face on the ground, ensuring product availability and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Market Visits: Visit a designated number of retail stores daily according to the beat plan.

• Order Generation: Present product catalogs, pitch promotions, and secure maximum order bookings from retailers.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shop owners and decision-makers.

• Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand our market footprint.

• Stock Monitoring: Check current stock levels at retail points to prevent stock-outs and push for reorders.

• Payment & Collection: Coordinate with retailers for timely payment collections against deliveries.

• Reporting: Track daily visits, orders booked, and market feedback using our sales app or reporting formats. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in on-ground field sales (FMCG, Telecom, or Retail distribution preferred). Freshers with great communication skills are welcome.

• Assets: Must own a functional smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Skills: Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with extensive daily traveling and working entirely on the field.

• Language: Fluency in the local regional language & Hindi/English is highly preferred.
