We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage project activities across Civil, MEP, and Interior Fit-Out works, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and effective coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Job SummaryThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the execution of Civil, MEP, and Fit-Out projects. The candidate will ensure seamless coordination among site teams, vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and management to achieve project milestones within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across Civil, MEP, and Fit-Out disciplines.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and execution milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
• Track project progress against the approved baseline schedule.
• Identify project delays, bottlenecks, and interface issues and escalate them to management.
• Ensure timely execution of activities as per project requirements.

2. Civil & Construction Coordination

• Coordinate civil construction activities including structural works, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Monitor site progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with civil contractors and site engineers.
• Ensure proper coordination between civil and MEP services to avoid execution conflicts.

3. MEP Coordination

• Coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, BMS, and other MEP activities.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors for technical clarifications.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Manage coordination between MEP services and civil / interior fit-out activities.

4. Interior Fit-Out Coordination

• Coordinate interior fit-out activities including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, furniture, painting, and finishing works.
• Ensure coordination of architectural, civil, and MEP services with interior design requirements.
• Monitor site execution against approved interior drawings and material specifications.
• Coordinate material approvals, mock-ups, and sample submissions.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Maintain project documentation, MOMs, site reports, and progress trackers.
• Track RFIs, technical submittals, material approvals, and drawing revisions.
• Maintain project schedules and coordination logs.
• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
• Assist in preparation and tracking of BOQs, material requisitions, work orders, and subcontractor documentation.

6. Vendor & Subcontractor Management

• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for material delivery and execution.
• Follow up on procurement schedules and long-lead materials.
• Monitor contractor performance and work progress.
• Ensure proper manpower and material planning at project sites.

7. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and client representatives.
• Monitor compliance with site safety requirements.
• Assist in snagging, punch-list preparation, and closure.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Required QualificationsDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination within Civil, MEP, EPC, or Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Experience in handling multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a result-oriented, organized, and technically sound professional who can independently coordinate multiple project activities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and support successful project execution.

Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, industrial projects, data centres, turnkey EPC projects, or large-scale interior fit-outs will be preferred.
