Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with drivers and help them onboard onto ride-hailing and delivery platforms such as Uber, Ola, and Rapido.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Call drivers from the provided database and explain the onboarding process.
  • Assist drivers with registration and ID creation on platforms like Uber, Ola, and Rapido.
  • Guide drivers regarding the required documents and eligibility criteria.
  • Follow up with drivers to complete the onboarding process.

Required Skills :

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications.
  • Confidence in speaking with drivers over the phone.
