Job Description
WE ARE HIRING | TELESALES EXECUTIVEWe are hiring Telesales Executives for a reputed Life Insurance sales process.
💰 Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 In Hand
🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹1 Lakh
Eligibility• Minimum HSC / 12th Pass
• Minimum 6 months of telesales experience mandatory
• Good English communication skills
• Candidates with Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales or Insurance Sales experience preferred
• Male & Female candidates can apply
Job Responsibilities• Handle outbound telesales calls
• Explain life insurance products to customers
• Generate leads and convert customers
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer interaction records
🕘 Job Timing9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
1 Rotational Week Off
🎓 Training15 Days Training
💰 Training stipend: ₹300 per day
💵 Salary Date: 10th of every month
📍 Location: Thane West, Eternity Mall, Teen Hath Naka
