Accounts Executive – Bhima Jewellery

Location: Thanjavur

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any relevant qualification

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain sales, purchase, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Handle cash and bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation.
• Maintain customer and vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Work with Tally/ERP and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Reconcile ledger accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Assist during internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with the showroom, finance and management teams.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and compliance in all accounting activities.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Prior experience in retail/jewellery accounts will be an added advantage.
