Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, sincere, and fast-grasping Office Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting entries, generating invoices, and managing payment collections. You must have strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 and possess excellent communication skills for vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing & Invoicing: Preparation of daily invoices accurately and timely.
• Core Bookkeeping: Maintain daily entries for purchases, sales, and office expenses in Tally ERP 9.
• Payment Follow-ups: Proactively call and email clients for regular payment reminders to ensure timely recovery.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain systematic records of all vouchers, receipts, bills, and supporting documents.
• Office Support: Assist with basic office administrative tasks related to accounts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Software Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and basic MS Excel.
• Experience: 2 years and above.
• Soft Skills: Active, energetic personality with a fast-grasping power to adapt to our workflow quickly.
• Communication: Clear and polite phone/email etiquette for client payment reminders.
• Traits: Highly sincere, honest, and disciplined with numerical accuracy.
