Production Executive

Job Description – Production ExecutiveWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Production Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day production activities for our signage and branding projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate daily production work according to job priority and committed delivery dates.
• Handle production of LED signboards, channel letters, acrylic letters, ACP work, flex boards, vinyl branding and other signage projects.
• Coordinate between designer, production team, fabricators, electricians, printing team and installation team.
• Understand approved artwork, measurements and job specifications before starting production.
• Prepare the material requirement for each job and ensure materials are available before production begins.
• Issue clear production instructions to workers and follow up until completion.
• Monitor every running job and ensure work is completed on time and as per approved specifications.
• Check dimensions, spelling, colours, finishing, LED illumination and overall quality before dispatch/installation.
• Minimize material wastage, rework and unnecessary production costs.
• Maintain proper records of jobs under production, completed jobs and pending work.
• Coordinate installation schedules, manpower, transportation, tools and materials required at site.
• Immediately report any production delay, material shortage, technical issue or quality problem to management.
• Take responsibility for proper handover from Artwork Approved → Production → Quality Check → Installation → Job Completion.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness and proper utilization of machinery, tools and materials in the workshop.
• Provide management with a daily production status report showing completed, ongoing, delayed and next-priority jobs.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in signage, fabrication, advertising, printing, ACP, LED signage or a related production field will be preferred.
• Good understanding of measurements in feet, inches and square feet.
• Basic knowledge of signage materials such as ACP, acrylic, LED modules, power supplies, aluminium/MS sections, vinyl, flex and related hardware is preferred.
• Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Must be organized, responsible and strong in follow-up.
• Basic computer/WhatsApp/Excel knowledge for maintaining production updates is preferred.
• Should be comfortable visiting installation sites whenever required.
• Must have a problem-solving attitude and ownership of assigned jobs.

What We ExpectThe Production Executive should not only pass instructions to workers. The person will be responsible for ensuring that every assigned job moves continuously from approved artwork to final installation without unnecessary delay.
