Job Description
- New Client Acquisition: Generate new business by opening Demat and trading accounts through field sales, referrals, and direct prospecting.
- Referral Associate (RA) Development: Identify, onboard, and manage Referral Associates to generate consistent leads and expand the client base.
- Local Area Marketing: Organize investor meets, prospect seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities to generate business leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial and investment products based on client requirements.
- Business Development: Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
