Desired Profile: - We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team. This role involves estimation of road work and highway work. The candidate will also have to visit project sites, preparing progress report, and ensure that everything is on track.

Education and Qualifications: - ITI, Diploma Civil, B.E. Civil

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project Costs Estimation:

·        Prepare accurate cost estimates for road work and highway construction.

·        Work with engineers and project managers to ensure estimates are realistic and align with project goals.

1. Site Visits:

·        Visit sites to monitor the progress.

·        Check that work is being completed according to plans and standards.

·        Identify any problems or delays on-site and report them to the project team.

1. Reporting:

·        Create accurate and transparent reports on the status of ongoing projects, including work completed, upcoming tasks, and any issues that need attention.

1. Support Project Coordination:

·        Help project coordinator in day-to-day activities and coordinate with engineers and other team members.

·        Assist with scheduling and resolving any technical issues on-site.

1. Record Keeping:

·        Maintain accurate records of estimates, site visit reports, and project documents.

·        Ensure all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.

Experience: - 0 to 2 years.

Relevant Experience required in: Highways and Structure.

Salary Range - Will be decided after your interview, as per market standards

Location: - Vadodara, Gujarat (however, the candidate shall be willing to travel all over India as and when required depending on project requirement).
