Job Role: Field Sales Agent / Field Sales Executive
Experience: Fresher & Experienced
Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
Salary: ₹16,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and explain banking products and services to customers.
- Open new bank accounts and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Visit local markets, shops, and potential customers.
- Generate leads and build good customer relationships.
- Assist customers with the account opening process and required documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update the team leader.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in the field and achieve targets.
