GST Billing & Cash Counter Executive

WE ARE HIRING – GST BILLING & DISPATCH EXECUTIVE

Business: Edible Oil Retail & Wholesale

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily retail and wholesale sales invoices in billing software.
• Identify edible oil products by brand, item code, oil type and packing size: 1L, 5L, 15L, etc.
• Handle GST billing, B2B invoices and applicable E-Invoice generation.
• Generate E-Way Bills wherever applicable.
• Verify customer GSTIN, product description, HSN, quantity, rate and tax details.
• Check invoice quantities against actual goods before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the packing, warehouse and dispatch staff.
• Maintain invoice records and report billing or stock discrepancies.
• Handle high-volume billing accurately, with 100+ invoices per day.

Candidate Requirements:

• 12th pass or Graduate; B.Com preferred.
• fresh or 1years of practical billing experience.
• Working knowledge of GST, E-Invoice and E-Way Bill.
• Experience in any billing or trading software.
• Good product identification, calculation and computer skills.
• Accuracy, honesty and the ability to work under pressure
