HR Executive

Job Title: HR Intern – Factory / Manufacturing

Location: Factory / Plant

Department: Human Resources

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR, BBA/BBM, or Graduate in HR/Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in factory employee attendance, leave and shift management.
• Maintain employee records, personal files and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of factory/workmen employees.
• Assist with joining formalities, ID cards, uniforms and induction.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding manpower requirements and attendance issues.
• Assist in HRMS/attendance system updates and data entry.
• Support payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave and deductions.
• Assist in PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
• Assist HR in preparing reports, MIS and other factory HR records.
• Ensure proper documentation of disciplinary actions, warnings and notices.
• Coordinate with employees and department heads for day-to-day HR matters.

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Willingness to work in a factory/plant environment.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and labour compliance.
• Good follow-up, coordination and documentation skills.
