HR Executive

Day to Day Responsibility of our HR Executive:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for blue-collar roles including CNC operators, fitters, welders, and other technical positions.
• Build relationships with technical institutes, vocational training centres, and staffing agencies.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, trade tests, and skill assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and qualifications.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
• Manage job postings across various platforms and keep applicant tracking systems updated.
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and local hiring events.
• Prepare offer letters and handle the on boarding process for selected candidates.
• Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment reports for management.

Key Requirements:

·       Any Graduate

·       2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering setup.

·       Experience hiring blue-collar/technical workers is highly preferred.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques.

·       Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and tight deadlines.

Location and commitments:

·       Working hours – Mon to Sat – 6 days (9hr Working Culture)

·       For Weekends, we work 6 days a week, Sundays are off. 2nd Saturday off

Salary:

·       ₹30000 - ₹40000 per month
