Liaisoning Executive

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for coordinating with government departments, regulatory bodies, and local authorities to ensure timely approvals, clearances, and compliance for client and internal projects. This role involves extensive networking, understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, and efficient documentation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, municipal authorities, and local stakeholders.

Facilitate approvals, NOCs, licenses, permits and clearances required for real estate, infrastructure, or corporate projects.

Prepare and submit necessary documents, applications, and reports to relevant departments.

Track the status of pending applications and follow up to ensure timely processing.

Attend meetings, hearings and site inspections as a representative of the company.

Monitor changes in laws, policies, and regulations that may impact projects or clients.

Coordinate with internal departments (legal, project, sales) to align project timelines with regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of communication, submissions, and approvals.

Resolve issues arising in the liaison process through effective negotiation and problem-solving.

Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with public officials.

Skills:

·        Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

·        Linguistic Fluency in English, Hindi & Local Language (Optional)

·        Adaptability.

·        Logical Thinking.

Educational Qualification: B. Com, BBA & MBA
