Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Strategy: Plan and execute cost-effective purchasing strategies and identify reliable vendors.
  • Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with suppliers to secure the best value.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate supply chain disruptions by diversifying suppliers and monitoring market trends.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with finance, operations, and production teams to align purchasing with company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide purchasing agents and junior staff.
