Job Description
- Night Shift Hotel Front Office Receptionist ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and handle check-ins/check-outs.
- Manage room reservations and guest enquiries.
- Answer phone calls and attend to guest requests.
- Prepare bills, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain guest records and update hotel software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security.
- Handle guest complaints professionally.
- Monitor reception safety and security.
- Prepare night audit reports, if required.
- Handover pending tasks to the morning shift.
