Job OverviewFreechargeBiz is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for its Gold Loan division in Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in gold loan sales, strong customer-handling skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of gold loan products and achieve assigned business targets.
• Generate leads through customer outreach and available business channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Guide customers through the gold loan application process.
• Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support business growth through database usage and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable procedures.
• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th pass to any degree.
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales; prior experience is mandatory.
• Age: 24–42 years.
• Gender: Male/Female.
• Languages: Telugu and English.
