WE ARE HIRING | ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Location: Visakhapatnam
Position: Assistant Store Manager – Kids Gaming Center
Salary: ₹28,000–₹32,000 in-hand (Depends on interview)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store management.
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth functioning of the gaming center.
- Manage customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Monitor sales, revenue, and operational performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure proper maintenance of gaming equipment and cleanliness.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or gaming center operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle daily operations.
- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.
