Position: Team Leader (TL)
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports.
- Handle and manage the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor team performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Resolve team-related issues and support team members.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.
- Track daily activities and share performance updates with management.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of daily and weekly reporting.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a relevant role.
