The role requires managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation to ensure improved control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position involves continuous monitoring and refining of testing strategies to support the delivery of reliable and efficient software solutions, fostering collaboration across various teams to maintain high standards of quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the testing framework.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure product quality.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing efficiency and effectiveness.
