Position Overview

The GRC Analyst will support the organization’s cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities, with a primary focus on cybersecurity metrics, dashboard reporting, access governance, security request management, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with security domain owners to develop, maintain, and enhance risk-based cybersecurity metrics, reporting criteria, performance thresholds, and operational dashboards.
• Partner with data engineering, cybersecurity, and technology teams to integrate relevant data sources into Snowflake and support centralized cybersecurity reporting.
• Prepare and distribute recurring cybersecurity dashboards and reports for operational teams, management, governance committees, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic User Access Reviews for applications, systems, privileged accounts, shared accounts, and other in-scope technologies to ensure access remains appropriate and compliant with organizational requirements.
• Triage, manage, and track Jira tickets related to security requests, including general access, international access, privileged access, security exceptions, and other access-related requests.
• Assist the GRC team with internal audits, external audits, regulatory examinations, evidence collection, stakeholder coordination, and remediation tracking.
