• Support project teams in delivering Enterprise Risk Management and operational risk management assignments for clients in the Pacific region.
• Assist in research, data gathering, documentation, and analysis related to ERM, operational resilience, and broader risk consulting engagements.
• Develop a working understanding of risk concepts such as risk identification, risk assessment, risk measurement, and risk reporting.
• Support the drafting of assessment reports, observations, findings, associated risks, and recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in preparing risk registers, risk statements, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), thresholds, tolerances, and basic dashboards for monitoring and reporting purposes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including presentations, status trackers, meeting notes, and working papers.
• Support assignments involving business processes, controls, risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), and related reviews.
• Assist in reviewing and organizing information related to operational resilience, third-party risk, business continuity, and technology or vendor dependencies, where relevant.
• Help prepare business documents such as summaries, standard operating procedures, gap assessments, process notes, and other supporting materials.
• Carry out research on regulatory, industry, and market developments relevant to Pacific region client assignments.
• Support the team in managing project timelines, follow-ups, and internal coordination to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Undertake additional analytical, consulting, and operational tasks as reasonably expected from time to time.
