Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level software applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and tools to track and document support activities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
