We are currently seeking a Pre Sales and Deal Support to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Skill Skill Type Pre Sales and Deal Support    Strong experience in pre‑sales (RFX), solution architecture and technical consulting. Must Understanding of end‑to‑end sales cycle. Must Analyze customer requirements and translate them into winning proposals. Must Work with delivery/tech teams to prepare effort estimates and create pricing/cost/financial models. Must Responsible challenging of the solution and estimates. Must Participate in client calls, clarifications orals and solution defense. Must Understand the client account in‑depth and create targeted pitches to grow wallet share. Must Ability to work under tight deadlines. Must Reuse the contents from the content repository and contributing back to the content repostiory if anything new is created. Must Working with Sales lead in identifying win themes, hot buttons, differentiators and ensuring the proposal implements them. Must Working and guiding junior bid managers to ensure the bid momentum and adherence to the timelines. Must Leveraging AI to pitch innovative solutions and for creating compelling responses, aligning to client requirements. Should Strategic thinking with attention to detail (supports solution differentiation). Should Solutioning and Technical Architecture   Strong understanding of solution architecture, cloud technologies, data, security and enterprise IT environments. Must Knowledge of security, compliance and scalability considerations in solution design. Must Familiarity with DevOps, Data Management, GenAI and other relevant domains Should Domain Expertise (BFM / BFSI)   Strong knowledge of Banking & Financial Markets (BFM). Must Experience and knowledge of the BFSI industry. Must Ability to work with teams to create offerings and GTMs tailored to BFM clients Should Collaboration and Stakeholder Orchestration   Extensive collaboration and orchestration skills across diverse internal and partner teams. Must Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering and customers. Must Be proactive, going over and beyond contribute to the wider areas to put forth the winning proposition together. Must Leadership and coordination skills. Must Soft Skills   Excellent presentation and communication skills. Must Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Must Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Must Strong business acumen and ability to align technology with business and commercial objectives. Must Personal Effectiveness   Attention to detail. Must Ability to manage ambiguity and context switch effectively (supporting fast paced presales). Must Nice to Have Skills   Hands-on experience with software, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and system integration (AWS, Azure, SaaS, etc.) Should
