Job Description
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
Lead, supervise and motivate the store team during the shift.
Ensure Hygiene, Food Quality and Food Safety standards are maintained.
Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality.
Monitor and achieve sales and operational targets.
Manage inventory, stock availability and wastage control.
Ensure proper cash handling and daily shift closing.
Maintain team attendance, grooming and discipline.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and company processes.
Handle customer complaints and operational issues effectively.
Coordinate with the Store Manager for daily operations and business requirements.
Train and support team members to improve performance and productivity.
Ensure the store delivers a fast, energetic and consistent QSR experience.
