Job Description

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and references.
  • Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and location advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers and update the CRM or sales database.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to manage incoming leads and improve conversions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.
