Back Office Executive

We’re looking for energetic and driven candidates (Male/Female) to join our team and support our Business Development & Sales Team in closing more deals through effective backend coordination and customer handling.

We are a Real Estate Software company, operating for 3+ years, and we’re looking for someone who is serious about building a career, learning, and growing with us.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities📞 Call customers and follow up with leads
• 📅 Coordinate with customers and fix appointments
• 💬 Understand and resolve customer queries
• 🏢 Explain our products/services to prospective customers
• 🤝 Provide backend support to the Business Development Team
• 📊 Maintain daily reports and follow-up records
• 👥 Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
• 👤 What We’re Looking ForMinimum 6 months of telecalling/customer handling experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good basic computer knowledge
• Confident and professional while speaking with customers
• Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented
• Someone who is serious about work and career growth
• Immediate joiners preferred
