Job Description

Key Responsibilities of Relationship Manager (RM) – The Realtors

  • Handle company-provided leads and conduct timely calls and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements, budget, and property preferences.
  • Coordinate and arrange site visits with clients and builder sales teams.
  • Register all company leads, self-generated clients, and reference-based clients in the company system.
  • Complete all required client forms and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with builders for project details, pricing, offers, and inventory updates.
  • Convert leads and site visits into property bookings and achieve monthly targets.
  • Update CRM records, follow-ups, site visits, and deal status regularly.
  • Submit daily reports of calls, site visits, follow-ups, and bookings.
  • Coordinate booking documentation and track company commission.
  • Maintain transparency in all client and builder dealings; report every client and deal to the company.
  • Follow up with clients after site visits until the deal is closed.
