Job Title: Sourcing - Direct Sales
Role Purpose
Drive consistent sales performance through structured customer engagement, disciplined lead management, and high-quality business sourcing.
**Candidate Must have Agency/Direct Sales channel work experience in profile Life Insurance.
Key Responsibility :
- Candidate is having LI Work ex of >1 Year.
- He/She is working with same company for Last 1 yr.
- Not more than 2 job change in last 3 years.
- He/She is earning Min 7k incentive earning per month/25%of CTC.
- OR Qualified MDRT in last 2 years.
- OR Should have proof confirming 100% target achievement/40 Lakhs.
- Previous channel - Agency/DM Currently.
- Non-working - we do not consider.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets, contest qualifications, and annual goal sheet commitments
- Deliver end-to-end customer experience, including post-sales service and renewals
Ensure a good built of HNI/Super HNI prospects through market mapping and references
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with minimum 1 year of Life Insurance selling and field sales experience
- Strong in customer interaction, objection handling, and closing skills
- Comfortable with daily field visits and telecalling routines
- High ownership, discipline, and target orientation
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Lead Square(LSQ) is an advantage
