Job Description
- Key responsibilities to manage event production and on ground execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, suppliers, and manpower teams.
- Handle stage setup, branding, production materials, equipment, and other event requirements.
- Conduct site visits and understand production requirements before events.
- Supervise the complete setup and execution at the event venue.
- Monitor vendors and manpower work and ensure timely completion.
- Handle production related quotations requirement, follow up, and basic documentation.
- Manage basic office work such as coordination, data entry, reports, follow ups, and Excel work.
- Coordinate material movement, dispatch, collection, and return after events.
- Support the team in handling multiple events and ensure smooth execution.
- Resolve on ground issues quickly and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Candidate Requirements Experience in Event Management, Event Production,Event Planning.
- Good Communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable with field and on ground work.
- Basic knowledge of powerpoint, Excel, Word and Email.
- Ability to coordinate professionally with vendors, clients and internal teams.
- Good time management and problem solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on event requirements.
- Two wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both field and office work.
