Field Sales Executive

Glassentials, a glass and mirror manufacturer (toughened and laminated glass, designer and LED mirrors, glass bricks, shower enclosures, custom glass)

Location: Ahmedabad (field role in the assigned territory)

Type: Full-time

Reports to: Sales Manager

Salary: 20k to 30k

Age: 22 to 30 years.

Role

Generate new business and grow existing accounts by meeting architects, interior designers, contractors, retail brands and hospitality clients, and converting their glass and mirror requirements into orders.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective clients (architects, designers, contractors, builders, retail and hotel projects) and present the product range.
• Collect requirements and site details, and coordinate with the team for quotations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate within company limits and close orders.
• Follow up on leads from calls, WhatsApp and the website.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery.
• Follow up on payments.
• Maintain daily visit reports and a lead tracker.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream.
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (building materials, glass, tiles, sanitaryware, furniture or interiors preferred). Strong freshers can apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic Excel and WhatsApp/email skills.
• Hindi, English and Gujarati preferred.
• Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
