Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Explain products/services and convert leads into sales.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close deals.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer databases, call records, and sales reports.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and provide relevant solutions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and closures.
  • Build strong customer relationships to improve conversions and customer satisfaction.
