About Calyx Professional
Calyx Professional is a professional hair care brand offering premium hair treatment products to salons across India. We are looking for confident and result-oriented Telesales Executives to connect with salons, generate sales, and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to hair salons, beauty salons, and salon owners across India.
* Introduce Calyx Professional products, including hair treatments, shampoos, conditioners, and other professional hair care solutions.
* Generate new sales opportunities and convert potential salon customers into buyers.
* Follow up with interested leads and existing customers to close orders.
* Explain product benefits, pricing, offers, and promotional schemes.
* Maintain daily call records, customer details, follow-ups, and sales reports.
* Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
* Build strong relationships with salon owners and encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
* Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking over the phone.
* Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
* Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain customer records.
* Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
* Experience in telesales, telecalling, cosmetics, or salon-related sales will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
