Field Sales Manager

Shraddha Finance Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager (Secured & Unsecured Loan) to generate business at multiple locations in Maharashtra (Ahilyanagar, Pune, Shirur, etc) and handle end-to-end loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for customer sourcing, cold calling, document collection, and coordination until loan disbursement.

• Field Sales Manager – Sourcing
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct sales activities.
• Generate new leads and build strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products/services.
• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
• Manage and maintain customer data and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Candidates should have good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
