Role & responsibilities
- B2B Lead Generation: Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel inbound marketing funnels to capture leads from agricultural businesses and distributors.
- Paid Performance Campaigns: Execute highly targeted B2B campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, focusing on regional rural demographic targeting.
- Local SEO & Search Visibility: Optimize our website and business listings for search terms related to animal nutrition, livestock supplements, and cattle/poultry feed.
- WhatsApp & SMS Marketing: Deploy broadcast and automation strategies to nurture relationships with distributors and livestock farm owners.
- Analytics & ROI Tracking: Monitor cost-per-lead (CPL) and lead-to-conversion rates, providing weekly performance reports to senior management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in B2B lead generation. Experience in agriculture, veterinary pharma, or animal feed sectors is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM tools (like HubSpot or Zoho), and landing page optimization.
- Regional Marketing Tactics: Knowledge of vernacular or regional language ad targeting to effectively reach rural business owners and farmers.
- Work Structure: Must be comfortable working in a 100% on-site corporate setup.
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related domain.
